The multirole Tornado is a twin-engine combat aircraft with a variable-sweep wing. This aircraft may be the outcome of a joint development task carried out by British, German and Italian organizations. Although during its whole life this has been employed for several purposes (ground attack, electronic combat/reconnaissance, interceptor), its main part is actually to do low-altitude penetrating hit missions. Tornado can load and make use of a strong and varied band of unpleasant tools. The Tornado baptism of fire occurred in 1991 through Gulf War. The British Royal Air Force Tornado Gr. 1s, implemented on Bahrain and Saudi Arabia air
bases, have been essential during “Operation Granby”.
