Description

42-tooth big bevel gear for center differential is machined from unique HUDY steel material including been especially developed for gear-type items, additionally hardened and precision ground to match the tightest limit requires for perfect fit with the diff outdrives. The gears are separately machined on a precision German gear machine and each gear is independently tested, examined, and run in. The diff gear is then laser etched with 42T for simple and instant recognition.
Our unique heat treatment makes the device very difficult and strong not simply at the top and inside the core, hence provide the gear an extraordinarily-long lifespan with low use comparing to standard gears.
