Description

46-tooth big external spur gear for center differential is machined from unique HUDY metal product that has been specially developed for gear-type products, furthermore hardened and accuracy ground to complement the tightest threshold needs for perfect fit with the diff outdrives. The gears are individually machined on a precision German gear device and each gear is separately tested, analyzed, and run in. The diff gear is laser etched with 46T for effortless & instant recognition.

Our special heat application treatment makes the apparatus very hard and strong not only ahead and inside core, this gives the apparatus an extraordinarily-long lifespan with very low use comparing to standard gears.
