Description

48-tooth big external spur gear for center differential is machined from special HUDY metal item which includes been specially developed for gear-type products, also hardened and accuracy ground to match the tightest threshold needs for perfect match the diff outdrives. The gears are individually machined on a precision German gear unit and each gear is separately tested, examined, and run in. The diff gear is laser etched with 48T for fast & easy recognition.

Our unique heat therapy makes the device quite difficult and strong not just at first glance and also in the core, this provides you with the device an extraordinarily-long lifespan with suprisingly low wear comparing to standard gears.
