Description

49-tooth big external spur gear for center differential is machined from unique HUDY steel product which includes been particularly developed for gear-type services, in addition hardened and accuracy ground to match the tightest limit demands for perfect match the diff outdrives. The gears are individually machined on a precision German gear unit and every gear is separately tested, analyzed, and run in. The diff gear is laser etched with 49T for fast & effortless recognition.

Our unique heat treatment makes the apparatus very hard and strong not only on top plus in the core, thus giving the device an extraordinarily-long lifespan with suprisingly low use comparing to standard gears.
