46-tooth big bevel gear for Active Center Differential is machined from special HUDY steel material that has been particularly developed for gear-type products, also hardened and precision ground to suit the tightest threshold requirements for perfect match the diff outdrives. The gears are individually machined on a high-precision German gear device and every gear is on their own tested, examined, and run in. The diff gear will be laser etched with "Active 46T" for quick & easy identification.
Our unique heat application treatment makes kit quite difficult and strong not merely ahead and also in core, this gives you with the device an extraordinarily-long lifespan with really low use comparing to standard gears.
