Description

42-tooth large bevel gear for center differential is machined from unique HUDY steel product which has been specially developed for gear-type items, additionally hardened and accuracy ground to fit the tightest limit needs for perfect fit with the diff outdrives. The gears are independently machined on a precision German gear device and every gear is individually tested, inspected, and run in. The diff gear may be laser engraved with "Active 42T" for effortless and instant recognition.
Our unique heat application treatment makes the gear quite difficult and strong not merely at first glance and within the core, therefore provide the gear an extraordinarily-long lifespan with low wear comparing to standard gears.
