Description

41-tooth big bevel gear for center differential is machined from special HUDY steel product that's been specifically developed for gear-type items, in addition hardened and precision ground to accommodate the tightest tolerance needs for perfect match the diff outdrives. The gears are on their own machined on a precision German gear unit and each gear is separately tested, analyzed, and run in. The diff gear will be laser etched with "Active 41T" for simple and instant recognition.
Our unique heat therapy makes kit very difficult and strong not just on top and in core, thus supply the gear an extraordinarily-long lifespan with low usage comparing to standard gears.
