The engine mount design enables the entire mount become rotated from right-to-left allowing the engine become mounted either frontward or rearward.
The engine is connected to an eccentric mounting dish, after which it the installation is put into an integral motor holder/drivetrain support. This design allows fast & simple motor rotation to modify gear mesh, but clamp firmly just utilizing one screw.
