CNC-machined X12 framework made out of 2.0mm Swiss 7075 T6 aluminum which are often quite a bit better for high- and very-high traction US-style tracks. This framework makes the car better to drive, keeps more cornering rate, and prevents the vehicle from traction rolling. The framework is actually totally re-designed and re-engineered. In order to avoid the framework from pushing the track area at the front end, the chassis was divided into two pieces: the main framework and an elevated graphite bumper holder. This design shortens the framework by 14mm and elevates the bumper holder over the track area.
The split framework design minimizes scrub in front of framework, enabling increased steering and much more constant management particularly in high-traction conditions and results in increased off-power steering.
