Description

The battle for Iwo Jima had been battled between February and march 1945 and saw the Marines related to 5th Division facing over 25.000 Japanese led by General Kuribayashi. After the landing associated with the Marines, the battle was intense and ended with the securing of Mount Suribachi. On its top, the famous image of U.S. Troopers increasing the advertising finished up being taken.
