DUKW BRITISH ROYAL ARMY

This big triple shaft amphibian vehicle was created through the 2nd World War for the US armed forces. The goal is to build a car to make ammo, meals and materials - saved into the holds of transportation ships - to invading troops occupying beachheads on enemy soil immediately after landing. The DUKW offered good navigating characteristics and may go well off road too, which, in conjunction with its high load capability, enabled it doing its logistic part completely. Inside post-war years, it had been popular by USAs allies all how before the 70s, including civil safety tasks.
