Hobby Boss 83861 - 1/35 Schneider CA - Early  [HB-83861]

The Schneider CA 1 (originally called the Schneider CA) had been initial French tank. The tanks were popular in combat during the last war years. Their first action on 16 April 1917 had been mostly a deep failing, the tank devices suffering hefty losings, but subsequent engagements were more productive. In 1918 the Schneider tanks played a significant rôle in halting the German Spring Offensive and breaking the German front part inside French summer season offensives. These individuals were active before end of September 1918, significantly less than 8 weeks ahead of the Armistice of 11 November 1918, their numbers having dropped dramatically as a consequence of attrition. After the war the surviving tanks have been mostly reconstructed as utility automobiles but six Schneider tanks was indeed implemented by Spain in Morocco, the kind seeing its final action in the very beginning of the Spanish Civil War.
