The XS1100 very first starred in 1979 and was Yamaha's very first four-cylinder four-stroke bike. Quickly earning it self the reputation as a robust bike, Yamaha also released the XS1100 as a "Unique" factory customized bike which offered pullback handlebars, a stepped seat, an inferior wider back wheel, an inferior capacity tear-drop gas tank, fully adjustable suspension, and a changed framework.
