Suzuki's Revival in 1999

The Suzuki RGV-G made impressive leads to the GP 500cc course at the 1999 World path Race Championships by group riders Kenny Roberts, Jr. and Nobuatsu Aoki. The bike was powered by a V-type 4-cylinder motor cradled by an aluminum twin-tube frame. With a greater overall balance to unlock its maneuverability and cornering rate, K. Roberts, Jr. took four victories, such as the very first two races into the season, and guaranteed an overall season position of second destination to prove Suzuki's potential.
