About the Porsche 911 Turbo

The 911 Turbo debuted in 1975 as Porsche's first road model to feature a turbo engine. The air-cooled, horizontally compared 6-cylinder motor showcased a KKK turbocharger, 3 liter displacement and 260 hp production. Versions built after 1978 showcased upgraded motor displacement and production of 3.3 liters and 300 hp correspondingly. The 911 Turbo's distinctive design, with its large-size back wing and front side and back overfenders, in conjunction with its dependable performance grabbed the eye of vehicle enthusiasts around the globe.
