Towards GT-R Z-tune
The NISMO group took a Nissan Skyline GT-R (R34) base and hand-built it into a totally personalized supercar. The ensuing GT-R Z-tune made a large splash during its unveiling on 2005 Tokyo Auto Salon. Upgrades to interior mechanics include the souped-up 2.8L twin turbo engine with 500hp output, Sachs special suspension system system and brake system jointly fashioned with engineers from Brembo. The lightweight carbon body features front bumper spoiler, bonnet with louver, side skirt and rear underspoiler. Filled with racing-spec parts while featuring excellent energy and maneuvering, NISMO's Z-tune was called the greatest road-going vehicle, combining luxury with superior performance.
