1/700 Japanese Light Cruiser Agano
Light cruisers had the crucial part of being destroyer flotilla leaders, coordinating their unit's torpedo assaults while making assaults by themselves. In 1939, a fresh course of these flotilla leaders was made underneath the Fourth Fleet Replenishment Plan, and this is a style of the Agano, the lead ship of the woman namesake class which served through the entire Pacific until she had been sunk by a U.S. submarine in waters off of Truk. This kit depicts the ship as she appeared upon her conclusion in 1942, and accurately reproduces the balanced design including her masts and twin 15cm gun turrets.
