1/700 Japanese Destroyer Hibiki

This is an installation kit of Hibiki, that has been commissioned in 1933 and survived the war after taking part in many battles including the invasions of Malaya and Kiska therefore the Battle of the Philippine Sea. The narrow fore funnel as well as other features unique towards Type III "Special Type" destroyers are accurately reproduced, since would be the many triple 25mm AA weapons that were added from 1944. This model would lead to a fantastic comparison with her fellow Type III sis ship Akatsuki or earlier in the day Fubuki-class destroyers like the Fubuki or Ayanami.
