1/700 Japanese Navy Destroyer Sakura
To make up for increasing destroyer losses during WWII, the Japanese Navy created the "Tei Type" destroyers which showcased simplified construction. This is a set up kit of this Sakura, the 13th ship of the class that has been completed in November 1944 and sunk by a my own in July 1945. The simple design of the "Tei Type" destroyer is accurately reproduced, because are the girl hefty AA armament including additional single 25mm firearms. Details including the anchors, No.13 atmosphere search radar, and masts may sharply rendered. Line it up with her sister ships for a fascinating contrast.
