The First Panther
Widely considered to be among the finest German WWII armor designs, the Panther's story began using the Ausf.D variation. Panthers had exemplary survivability due to well sloped armor, impressive firepower from a 7.5cm gun, and a 700hp engine offering good flexibility - really an entire performance package.
