Description

The Goliath originated during WWII for German forces to utilize as a remote-controlled explosive device. Its initial Sd.Kfz.302 variation had been a mere 160cm long, went on two 12V battery-powered motors, and could keep 60kg of explosives; it was managed and detonated via a reeled cable integrated towards the back. Around 2,650 had been produced between April 1942 and January 1944, many which were implemented by attack pioneers. They certainly were mostly used for assaulting entrenched enemy jobs and mine clearance.
