That is an Optional Set of Pinion Gears for Tamiya Vehicles.

The pinion gear attaches straight to the motor shaft.

QUALITIES: Machined steel construction

INCLUDES:

One 12 enamel pinion gear
One 13 enamel pinion gear
Three 3mm grub (set) screws
One allen key (hex wrench)

REQUIRES: Nothing. They are direct healthy components.

SPECS: Pitch: 0.4 Module

COMMENTARY: The pitch of those gears is a metric pitch, and certainly will NOT work on most other brands that utilize a standard pitch gear train.
