That is a Pair of back Aluminum Wheels with Mounted Rubber Tires for the
Tamiya 1/14 Scale Tractor Trucks.

Features
-Made of Aluminuim with a Flat Finish
-Mounted path Tread Rubber Tires (they are not glued on tires)
-Aluminum Hub Caps for the tires

Includes
-Two Rear Aluminum Wheels
-Two back Tires with Road Tread (the same as on a genuine vehicle)
-Two Aluminum Hub Caps (with nine holes for mounting screws)
-Eighteen 1.6x4mm Cap Screws (for mounting Hub Caps)
-One Hex Wrench (for Cap Screws)
-Six 2x6mm Screws (they attach the Aluminum Wheel to your ones that
-came using the kit.?The Aluminum ones simply continue the exterior.)
-Six 2mm Nuts (the nuts and 2mm screws contain the two tires together)
-Instructions are on the back of the container
