Toyota introduced the Lexus SC430 because the successor on venerable Supra for the 2006 Super GT season. With an aerodynamic body manufactured from mostly carbon fiber and a powerful 4.8 liter V8 engine, the vehicle proved it self to be a high contender through the season. The ultimate round at Fuji Speedway had been the site of a dramatic comeback since the Open Interface Tom's SC430 driven by Juichi Wakisaka and Andre Lotterer to a 4th destination finish that was adequate to squeeze past their rivals and claim the championship. User-friendly Shaft-driven 4WD TT-01 Chassis
The TT-01 framework features a bathtub frame using the R/C mechanisms and battery pack found low and flat for excellent balance and low center of gravity. 4-wheel double wishbone suspension and front/rear differential gears provide smooth handling performance. Stylish wheels loaded with racing slick tires make sure a great amount of hold for on-road racing.
