This might be an updated kind of the 4WD buggy Hotshot II, initial which was released in 1987, after Tamiya’s 1st 4WD buggy (Item 58047) Hotshot released in 1985 and (item 58054) Supershot released in 1986. The Hotshot II was a lightweight design because of its using artificial components.

• The 4-wheel separate double wishbone suspension system employs CVA oil dampers (II) (one for front side and two for backside) with a front side stabilizer to simply help get the most right out of the 4-wheel drive system.
• the body and rear wing are lightweight polycarbonate (0.7mm dense) and use a color scheme featuring orange lines on a black colored base. The polycarbonate body is pre-cut and pre-painted in black colored colored.
• Gearboxes are sealed to help keep down dust and sand and contain differentials for smooth cornering.
• Sections specially ABS monocoque framework and suspension system hands function strengthened synthetic for high durability.
• Semi-pneumatic oval block / pin surge hybrid tires are combined with large-diameter one-piece nylon wheel.
