The twenty-first century is said to be age robotics. Tamiya explores this new trend utilizing the release of an assembly robot snail. The Line Tracing Snail uses a unique Light-emitting Diode sensor to identify a black line (magic marker, etc.) drawn on a white background. It makes use of two tiny motors and rubber tires to little by little move forward and turn. The body of the snail is made of transparent (HIPS) synthetic to allow viewing regarding the intricate mechanisms inside.
